Home remedies for fatty liver

Almost everyone knows that fatty liver means danger to your body. The early symptoms of fatty liver are quite difficult to distinguish. Fat is often detected in the liver while doing an ultrasonogram for any other problem.


According to doctors, it is normal for the liver to have a certain level of fat. But if the fat is five to 10 percent higher than that particular level, it is considered a fatty liver.


The types of fatty liver


There are two types of fatty livers. Alcoholic fatty liver disease and nonalcoholic fatty liver disease. The fat that accumulates in the liver due to excessive drinking is called alcoholic fatty liver disease. On the other hand, the fat deposited in the liver mainly due to excessive irregularities in the diet or way of life is called non-alcoholic fatty liver disease! This second type of fatty liver can also occur in heredity.


Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease is also possible without taking any medication. Of course, it is important to change eating habits and lifestyle. However, in the case of non-alcoholic fatty livers, if we are not alerted at the right time, the risk of life-threatening diseases like liver cirrhosis also increases manifold.


Liver cirrhosis causes the liver to lose its normal function! As a result, the risk of death increases. However, it is possible to bring the problem of non-alcoholic fatty liver under control through natural means.


The remedies


The first way:


It is a very easy way to bring the problem of fatty liver under control. Wake up early and drink a glass of water with lemon juice and honey on an empty stomach. Lemon is rich in vitamin 'C'. The antioxidants present in lemons produce a type of enzyme in the liver, which helps in the melting of liver fat.


The second way:


Apple-side vinegar is the best remedy for fatty liver disease. This apple-side vinegar helps control weight by reducing the fat stored near the liver.


Usage of Apple Side Vinegar:


Mix a teaspoon of,apple-side vinegar in a glass of warm water. If desired, you can mix a little honey. Try to drink a glass of this mixture before two meals a day. However, it is better if you can follow the rules in the morning and drink it on an empty stomach. Liver problems will come under control for a month. However, those suffering from alcoholic fatty liver problems will definitely consult a doctor. Otherwise, there is danger.
